In Practice: Building trust in a newly merged team

When two distinct teams were brought together under a new leader, the Head of Leadership & Engagement & Director of the new team wanted more than a smooth transition; they wanted a team that genuinely connected.

Each team member completed a Strengthscope® profile, followed by a 1:1 debriefing and coaching session to explore their individual strengths and how they could support the new team dynamic.
Using insights from the Strengthscope® Team Report, we designed a one-day workshop in which the team shared strengths, discussed friction points, and developed practical strategies for collaboration.
